Steps to reproduce

Current work around is to refresh the href of the USE element after the move has happened, which is demonstrated in the fiddle.

Changed Assigned To to “Travis L.”
Changed Status to “Fixed”
Since this is now marked as fixed, when can we expect the fix to be live?
We don’t have an exact estimate, but the fix should be available in the latest insider preview that is rolled out.
We hope to have more feedback from you in the future!
