Steps to reproduce
After updating to Anniversary Update, scrolling does not seem to be working at all using trackpad on my Dell N5010 laptop. When I perform a two-finger swipe, the mouse cursor icon changes to show a scrollbar but the web page does NOT scroll. Other apps like Chrome and File Explorer do not have this issue.

This issue is not related to a particular website. Its related to Edge and the UWA platform itself. Scrolling using two finger swipe is not working in any modern app!
Can you record the problem happening? We need some proof that this is a widespread issue in order to take action.
Can you also provide the version number of Edge along with a dxDiag output as well? This will allow us to see the hardware details of your Dell N5010 laptop.

I don’t know how widespread this issue is but it’s definitely a big issue for me. Please suggest me a tool to record the video. Following is the other information that you requested.

There are a couple I know of. Of course we cannot recommend any of them, but just inform you that they exist. The first One is a great product that is easy to use - but has an annual subscription. It does have a free 30 day trial. It is called “SnagIt” created by “TechSmith” - You can get it here: https://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html

Can you tell us which driver version you are using for your trackpad? Once we know this we can look into this further to see if it is widespread and a known issue.
Can you check to see if a newer driver is available by any chance? Perhaps by contacting Dell’s support team if necessary.
