Steps to reproduce

Using the provided HTML snippet below, I can confirm Edge14 does not use the textual content of hidden div as labels. This prevents calculating alternative screen reader text when it is more useful than a collection of icons representing status with a not meaningful enough text label.

<div>This is the visible text and should not be read by the screen reader. It should be the only visible text.</div>
