Steps to reproduce

STR:
a) open Edge or IE11 and snap / dock the window to a corner / side of your display
b) close Edge or IE11
c) start Edge or IE11 = the window will not be restored to the last snaped position

Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera are restoring the window to the last snaped position as expected.
