Repro Steps:

==============

 2. look at test‑test (no-break) in IE and then in Chrome\FF

 3. IE does not render the same.

test

normal-hyphen
hyphen-minus
normal‐hyphen too
softhyphen
nobreak‑hyphen
hyphen–ndash
hyphen—mdash

test-test (hyphen)
test‐test (normal)
test‑test (no-break)
test–test (ndash)
test—test (mdash)

test-test (hyphen)
test‐test (normal)
test‑test (no-break)
test–test (ndash)
test—test (mdash)

test-test (hyphen)
test‐test (normal)
test‑test (no-break)
test–test (ndash)
test—test (mdash)

Dev Channel specific:

================
