Steps to reproduce

When using MSE with timestamp offset, it is possible for the buffered start to be negative. This only happens when querying the SourceBuffer object, the Video correctly reports 0. The repro below loads some media segments and prints the buffer start to the page. It should print 0, but instead prints '-1e-7’.
