    • Microsoft Edge Team

Changed Assigned To to “Christian F.”

Changed Assigned To from “Christian F.” to “IE F.”

      Changed Status to “External”

Changed Assigned To to “Bogdan B.”

    • This isn’t on the Platform Status page. It has been in the spec as a CR since 2014.

    • This is very usefull, it would be awesome if the MET could add this property to EDGE.

    • Apparently, it is on the platform status site. I just didn’t look hard enough. It’s under 'masks’, right here

    • Just an FYI Lachlan, Mask is not the same as css-clip, and unfortunately Microsoft is still as antiquated as when they were developing IE.

    • While the mask property is not the same as the clip-path property, The CSS Masking Module Level 1 definition covers both. See here. Microsoft lists this as “Masks”(https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/status/masks/) in their Platform Status page and links to all the appropriate information that covers clip-path. They do, however, incorrectly link the Documentation link directly to the MDN article for the mask property which is where there might be some confusion.
