Steps to reproduce

Every website I open since the last Windows update crashes.
I get a message to recover webpage. (“Website” is not responding)
Never had this problem before, even with multiple tabs open… Now, I open one page and nothing else and it crashes. It’s pretty inconvenient, when trying to fill out a job app or similar with multiple pages of forms and keep having to restart…
Even my Outlook e-mail freezes. This is the only website that doesn’t crash…

    • Pick one. Outlook.com, maybe. Any old URL will do. My Edge has always been slow and balky on four different machines but over the past week more than half the pages I open generate a page not responding message. Some recent update busted the connection to my provider’s mail server, too, a problem that seems irreparable. Haven’t been able to reconnect with the new profile gambit, either.
