Steps to reproduce

I have changed the spec and updated tests for NavigatorID to better match what was implemented:
https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/1870
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/3881
https://w3c-test.org/html/webappapis/system-state-and-capabilities/the-navigator-object/NavigatorID.html
https://w3c-test.org/html/webappapis/system-state-and-capabilities/the-navigator-object/NavigatorID.worker

This leaves Edge failing some of the tests:

  • appCodeName should be exposed, productSub, vendor and vendorSub should not.
  • vendorshould be “Google Inc.” for Chrome-identifying browsers per spec, see https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27786 for how vendor was standardized. If you think this would be risky, please ask for a spec change. It would increase the number of navigator compatibility modes, but this area is already terrible
