Steps to reproduce

<style>
div:before {
display: table-cell;
font-family: Verdana;
content: "Hello";
}
</style>

In a CSS like the above IE 10 seems to ignore the font declaration. With non table-related display properties, the font displays correctly.

I was able to apply the font by putting it on the parent. But the font-size on the pseudo element didn’t work. So maybe it is all font related properties on the pseudo elements.
