Steps to reproduce

In some SVG images containing horizontal or vertical lines, the line may disappear when zooming in to the page. Can the SVG rendering in Internet Explorer be modified so that horizontal and vertical lines never disappear. The attached HTML file illustrates the issue. When viewing the page with the browser window maximized on a monitor set to 1920x1080 resolution, the fraction divider will disappear at 65% and 45% zoom level.
