Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

Swipe back to the previous page in MUI IE. Compare this to clicking the back arrow, and the time taken to load the page is significantly faster when clicking the back arrow instead of swiping.

Expected Results:

I would like for swiping back in MUI IE to be instant, as it is when using the back arrow. Currently, when swiping back, there is a significant delay not present when clicking the back arrow.

Actual Results:

Dev Channel specific:

No
