  • This does not repro in 14971 (insider fast). But, I also haven’t had a chance to test the public stable build. In any event, the issue is not repro here on my end and I’ll mark the feedback as such.

    All the best,
    The MS Edge Team

  • I can easily reproduce this when running in a Virtual Box VM. Besides being able to reproduce this using the steps from the original reporter I also get the same issue when trying to run a Unity WebGL build as it also tries to call navigator.mediaDevices.enumerateDevices() during startup.
    Some more info:
    Virtual Box 5.1.18 r114002
    Windows 10 Pro Version 1607
    (Unity 5.5.2f1)
    Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0
