Steps to reproduce

https://jakearchibald.github.io/aac-decode-bug/

There’s a large gap at the start and end of the decoded AAC which isn’t present in Safari or Chrome Canary.

This is down to priming samples that probably shouldn’t appear here. I’ve asked for clarification in the spec https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/1091.

Mozilla bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320652 - I’m told they plan to remove the gap.
