Computed style of stroke-width for SVG elements is incorrectly reported as 0.01px instead of 1px

Steps to reproduce

The computed style Edge reports contains an incorrect value for stroke-width when this is not clearly specified in the SVG. When rendering, it is using the correct default value (1px) but the reported computed style (and Edge’s inspector for that matter) contain the incorrect value 0.01px. Attached you can find a very small sample SVG that showcases the issue and two screenshots of how the document looks in Edge vs other browsers.
