We are excited to announce the availability of enhanced Office Add-in analytics within the Partner Dashboard. The Acquisition report has been augmented with channels and conversion information, so you can see how customers were directed to your AppSource listing and evaluate the effectiveness of your custom campaigns.
App page views and conversions by channel exposes rich analytics on how customers were directed to your AppSource listing and more information about customer conversions. In some cases, we’re able to track activations for your add-in. This allows you to see how many users launched your add-in for the first time through the various ways that customers arrived at your listing page.
You can also track App page views and conversions by campaign ID. When a customer campaign ID is available, you can track conversions, page views, and activations for each of your campaigns. Custom campaigns without an available ID will now show up.
You can access the Acquisition report in both the Partner Dashboard and your Seller Dashboard via the left navigation under Analyze -> Acquisitions. The Channels and Conversion analytics replace the Legacy reports in Seller Dashboard, which will be deprecated on 9/30/2018.
