Hours, badging, security
Reactor San Francisco reception hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Events can go later than 5:00 PM and take place on weekends, by arrangement. Please discuss with your Reactor San Francisco event planner.
Badging and security
Reactor San Francisco is in an access restricted location. This helps ensure the privacy of the Reactor spaces, partner confidentiality, IP, and other proprietary meeting content. Access to Reactor San Francisco is granted only for the length of the event.
The list of internal Microsoft and external attendees is required at least 5 business days in advance to ensure that all Microsoft employees can receive badge access. Guest badges are printed ahead of time, and available for all external attendees upon check-in.
Guest badges are available from the Reactor event planner and staff in the Reactor space and not from the Microsoft building reception desk.
Additional questions about badging or security? Please discuss with your Reactor San Francisco event planner. Thank you!
