Welcome to Microsoft Reactor - TorontoReactor Toronto is located within North America’s largest innovation hub, the MaRS Discovery District which is a diverse community of startups, research, and tech-related companies. This Reactor is home to all things developer and startup-related; including the Microsoft for Startups program. The space fosters opportunities for founders, developers, and business leaders to learn, connect, and innovate through a series of community events, technical classes, hackathons, and meetups. Event planners are on hand to help you design impactful technical events, leveraging our Cloud Advocates and Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professionals.
Located at Suite 120 in the historic Heritage Building at MaRS Discovery District, the Reactor Toronto space is designed to offer training, content, and events, centered around all things Cloud and AI.

Hours, badging, security
The hours of operation for Reactor Toronto space are from 9:00AM to
5:00PM. Events can go later than 5:00 PM and take place on weekends by
arrangement. Please discuss with the Reactor event planner.
Badging and security
Reactor Toronto is located within MaRS Discovery District, a public access building. Thus, the building is accessible 24/7 from all doors. However, Reactor Toronto space itself is an access restricted location. This helps ensure the privacy of the Reactor spaces, partner confidentiality, IP, and other proprietary meeting content. Access to Reactor Toronto is granted only for the length of the event.
The list of internal Microsoft and external attendees is required at least 5 business days in advance to ensure that all attendees can receive access.

Parking and public transport
The MaRS underground lot can be accessed via Elizabeth Street, just south of College Street on the west side of the road. It can also be accessed via University Avenue when driving northbound, just past the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, south of College Street. Substantial additional parking is available at a host of parking garages and above ground lots within a two-block radius.
MaRS offers direct access to the Queen’s Park subway station, with connecting service to Go Trains at Union Station.
The eastbound and westbound College Street streetcars (506 Carlton) stop directly outside MaRS at the intersections of College Street and University Avenue, as well as College Street and Elizabeth Street.
The Toronto Coach Terminal is located just south of MaRS at Elizabeth Street and Edward Street.
Food, beverages, wifi, etc.
You are welcome to bring in your own outside catering. Your Reactor event planner can refer you to local companies that you can coordinate with directly. The event owner is responsible for the catering order, payment, arrangements and liabilities. Please inform your Reactor event planner of all catering arrangements at least 1 week prior to your event so that they can make you aware of building requirements as necessary.
Open access high speed Wifi is available via MaRS Discovery District. For any questions about Wifi for your event, please discuss with your Reactor event planner.
