Everyday there are people we interact with through our daily work who may have a visible or hidden disability. How would you know? And do you need to?

In this session we will walk through brief stories of disability to help drive awareness of the different accessibility needs some people may have, and outline some of the Microsoft features that support individuals. To extend this and step further as individuals, we will dive deeper into how every person can make some changes to really be a stronger ally. Wouldn’t it be great if we can take some actions to make our work practices more inclusive.

Megan Strant
Megan is a Microsoft MVP and Organisational Change Consultant based in Melbourne, Australia.
She specialises in organisational strategy across the Microsoft 365 platform along with working to establish employee experience through learning and building better ways of working. Megan has built a career in Project and Change Management, with a specific focus on the Microsoft platform for the last 10 years, helping organisations plan for, implement, and embed key ways of working. At the centre of all her work is the impact and experience of people, along with the bigger picture and value of Microsoft 365 for an organisation.
During this period she has spent time building and leading the Adoption & Change Management Practice for 3 Microsoft Partners, including establishing Paradyne as the first Partner to have a Change Management offering as part of their implementations, along with leading their project method and delivery.

Rebecca Jackson (she/her/they/them)
Digital Adoption Specialist and Microsoft MVP
Rebecca is fascinated by what makes people and organisations tick. She's a Digital Adoption Specialist and Microsoft MVP who specialises in the digital workplace, employee experience and change management.
She has been working with intranets, online communities, internal communication, and the digital workplace since 2009 and prides herself on being able to bring business needs to the forefront of delivering technology. Over her career she has focussed her product knowledge predominantly on Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams and OneNote. In addition to being an avid sketchnoter in her spare time she also recently commenced her second tertiary degree, a Bachelor of Psychological Science with the intention of pursuing master's level studies in Organisational Psychology.
