What is the session about?

This is the continuation of the Facility Maintenance Application. In this session, we will leverage Power Automate to notify the Admin team of any submission and also automate weekly status report on pending issues. We will Build Automated Cloud Flow and Schedule Cloud flow.
Automated cloud flow to notify members of the Admin team of a new submission and details of such submission.
A Schedule Cloud flow will be built to run weekly, exporting pending maintenance issues as tables in Email and CSV file. This way, the head of Admin can have a frequently update on issues pending.

• How to create an automated cloud flow to send email and MS Teams notification
• How to create a schedule cloud flow that sends weekly report as tables in email
• How to create a schedule cloud flow that sends weekly report as Excel in email
• How to use Odata Filter Query in Power Automate
