Melanie Plath, Customer Success Manager, Microsoft
I always like the reaction, when I tell people that my first graduation was as a fashion designer. After completely switching my professional direction to IT around 15 years ago, I am now working for Microsoft since 2019 and could not be more grateful for this amazing experience. I started in a very technical role (Customer Engineer), providing deep dive workshops to customers around several M365 services. Realizing I have become a ‘jane-of-all-trades’, I decided to move forward to my next role (Customer Success Manager) to use the potential of my skills in a more efficient way.
