What is the session about?
People are the most important part of any organisation - and as leaders it is our duty to ensure both their wellbeing and that they feel included as an active member of the team. Whilst this means providing them with the right tools such as Microsoft Teams to stay in touch and do their best work, it also means safeguarding them against risks to their wellbeing which could materialise through communications tools such as harassment, racism, sexism and homophobia. This demo rich session will explore communications compliance and how it can be applied to Microsoft Teams to alert stakeholders when non-compliant communications occur in Channel Conversations or Private Chats.

With over 12 years of cloud computing experience, he is currently building an education practice for Vuzion (Tier 2 UK CSP). His focus areas are Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and entry level Azure. In his spare time he is very active in the Microsoft Tech Community, blogging at microsoft365pro.co.uk and since 2019 has spoken at many public events such as Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Build, Commsverse, Galactic Summit, Microsoft 365 Virtual Marathon and the Modern Workplace Conference Paris.
