1. Sponsor

The Windows Server Summit VIP Experience Roundtable Drawing (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA (“Microsoft”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and
• Register for the Windows Server Summit VIP Experience during the Entry Period, and
• Are not employees, officers, or directors of Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of such employees.

If you are entering in your capacity as an employee, you are responsible for complying with your employer’s gift and ethics policies.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 13, 2026, 12:00AM PT and ends on May 10, 2026, 11:59PM PT (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, register for the Windows Server Summit VIP Experience during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Duplicate or automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

No purchase is required to enter.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without registering for the Windows Server Summit VIP Experience, email reactor@microsoft.com with the subject line “Windows Server Summit VIP Roundtable AMOE Entry” during the Entry Period. In the body of the email, include your full name, company/organization, job title, country of residence, and a valid email address and phone number. All AMOE entries must be received by May 10, 2026, 11:59PM PST to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person during the Entry Period. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

5. Prize Description

Prize:
Ten (10) eligible entrants will be selected to attend a private virtual roundtable discussion with members of the Windows Server product team.

• The roundtable will be conducted virtually at a date and time designated by Microsoft.
• The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $0 USD.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted.

Access to Windows Server Summit presentation decks for VIP registrants is not part of the Sweepstakes prize and will be provided separately following the event, subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection

On or about May 12, 2026, Microsoft will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winners will be announced during the live session - Feedback time! Windows Server 2025 and vNext – on May 13, 2026 at 7:00AM PT.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. If a potential winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, or is determined to be ineligible, Microsoft may select an alternate winner at random.

Participation in the roundtable is subject to availability and confirmation requirements provided in the notification.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Microsoft’s use of winner’s name, title, company, city, and country for promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Microsoft for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, available at:

10. General Conditions

Microsoft reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any factor beyond Microsoft’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute, Microsoft’s decisions are final and binding.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Winners List

To receive the names of the winners, send an email to reactor@microsoft.com with the subject line “Windows Server Summit VIP Roundtable Winners” within 30 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
