To address security gaps due to the evolving nature of cloud network threats, Microsoft recently launched the Cloud NGFW for Azure service. This service is designed to enhance the protection of Azure Virtual Network (VNet) and Azure Virtual WAN (VWAN) assets on a vast scale. It does this by leveraging Palo Alto Network's top-tier network security capabilities, delivered as a native Azure service. Every day, Palo Alto Networks AI and ML-driven technology blocks nearly 5 billion malicious events, analyzes 3.5 billion new and unique events, and identifies over 275,000 new and unique attacks unseen the previous day. The end result is a perfect blend of effortless deployment, efficient security policy management, and uncompromised security.
