Lately, employees have requested a way to submit booking requests for training sessions/programs without having to call the office. You would like to create an app that allows employees to submit the information for their booking request for the office to review. In order to achieve this, they employ a current process which is time-consuming that leads to them losing the customer and the sale. Their new process has the following specifications: • Immediately after the sale details are captured, an invoice must be generated and emailed back to the customer. • Upon receiving the invoice, the customer must make payments to their account and submit a proof of payment so that update is made on their account.
