She's been working with Dynamics 365 and business applications for more than 15 years as a developer and solutions architect. Olena is passionate about Power Platform helping citizen developers to solve business problems with technologies. She is a co-organiser of the Australian Microsoft BizApps Women movement supporting and promoting women.

Leon is a senior architect and business thought leader based in Sydney, Australia. His passion is “solving business problems through the intelligent use of technology”. Leon has worked with CRM systems since the late 1990s and now works as a Business Applications Solutions Advisor for Datacom. An engaging public speaker, highlights include presenting at Microsoft’s Headquarters at Redmond and co-presenting at Microsoft’s offices in Sydney to hundreds of not-for-profit representatives. In recognition of his passion and focus on Dynamics CRM, Leon was awarded Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP award) in 2009.
