See one of the oldest art forms in the world adorn some sensors and come to life with some LEDs and internet. A suncatcher that doubles as a planter that will communicate whether the plant needs water using sensors attached to it.
Get an insight into how the stained-glass art is made and understand the basics of IoT as we iterate through the various methods this project went though. Starting with a local connection to getting insights from Azure, let's go all the way with these colorful pieces of glass.

Ritvi, final Year student studying in Cummins College of Engineering, Pune, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunications, She has a background in Firmware and IoT. She is a maker aficionado and very passionate and driven towards building and developing communities. She is the Chairperson of Cummins College's IEEE Student branch and has been working very closely with other communities in her college as well. Her love for craft and technology and the dilemma of having to split her time between the tow has led her to make some interdisciplinary projects combining lots of colors with the sensors!

Vivek Sridhar is a technophile and an Open-Source contributor with around 15 years of experience in the Software Industry and works at Microsoft as Senior Cloud Advocate. In his previous role, he has mentored startups/developers, speaker at conferences/meetups for DigitalOcean as Senior Developer Advocate, Co-Founder / Chief-Architect of NoodleNext Technology. He was also heading DevOps and QA at BlackBuck and was a DevOps Solution Architect at HCL (Australia) in client engagement. Vivek started his career with IBM Rational (India Software Labs) as a Software Developer.
