This session is a part of Ten Tuesdays to Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) series.

This series will provide a foundational level knowledge on cloud concepts; core Azure services; security, privacy, compliance, and trust; and Azure pricing and support. By the end of the series you will have the confidence and skills for AZ900 exam.

What is the session about?
In this session we will discuss some of the basics relating to Azure Identity services.
Identity provides a basis for user account management, but more to that it also ensure account lifecycle is catered for and that on-premises identities are taking into account. We will discuss Hybrid identity as a starting point for migrations to Azure and touch on topics such as single Sign-on and multifactor authentication.

Who is it aimed at?
The audience for this series is new to or beginning to learn about cloud computing and how Microsoft Azure provides that service.

If you are new to Azure and cloud concepts in general, we will breach that gap with you are give you a basic understanding of what cloud computing is.
