Microsoft Reactor

The Reactor Community Spotlight is a snack-sized show, designed to meet, greet and explore communities and their leaders from Europe and the Middle East. Each week we’ll zone in on a different Reactor from, bringing together London, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi. We’ll meet the speakers for upcoming event series and hear what drives leaders from around the world to build and grow technical communities and discover new opportunities to learn and connect.

Speaker Bio

Henk is a Cloud Advocate specializing in Artificial intelligence and Azure with a background in application development. He is currently part of the regional cloud advocate team in the Netherlands. Before joining Microsoft, he was a Microsoft AI MVP and worked as a software developer and architect building lots of AI powered platforms on Azure. He loves to share his knowledge about topics such as DevOps, Azure and Artificial Intelligence by providing training courses and he is a regular speaker at user groups and international conferences.

Amy Boyd is a Cloud Advocate at Microsoft, having obtained a degree in Computer Science, completing a research project in Natural Language Processing/Machine Learning. Amy is passionate about Data Science and Machine Learning and her roles at Microsoft have allowed her to work on many different areas of data science (Visualisation, ML, Big Data, IoT) as well as working on projects with customers across the globe. Her role as a Cloud Advocate is to help developers to learn, engage and build on the Microsoft AI Platform. Amy creates and delivers content online and in-person and works with developers to provide the best product experience for them.
