What is this session about?
In this session we are going to introduce the term open source to our audience, but not in the typical monotonous way that is always presented. We want to introduce the training, control, security, stability, and community that is encompassed in “the open source” way.

Speakers:
Gwyneth Peña-Siguenza is a Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft and YouTuber. She is passionate about introducing people to cloud computing and creating friendly and concise content. When not doing advocacy related things, she is probably playing video games (Big fan of Days Gone, Far Cry, and Sleeping Dogs), hanging out with my family, friends, or eating mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Husseinat Etti-Balogun is a software developer for two separate space technology and earth application project groups: LibreCube and Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). She is a soon-to-be Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree holder from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. In her free time, Husseinat runs a social commentary YouTube channel with her twin sister, a coding advocacy TikTok page, and creates digital and physical art.
