How do we alter workplace practices to support disability that goes unseen, or is not talked about?
Day to day colleagues may be masking disability, struggling with challenges, and you could help.
We can shift our own habits and use of technology in ways that can help others. Whether it be email, meetings, or working together, you can drive greater inclusion across the working day through your use of technology.
In this session Megan will share some stories and challenges across multiple areas of hidden disability and discuss how the technology we use daily can drive small change that makes a great impact helping with workplace inclusion.
