Linux is a free and open-source operating system that has been around since the early 1990s. It also happens to be the fastest growing platform on Azure. Linux-based images comprise 60% of Azure Marketplace Images. Top 100 Microsoft customers deploy Linux workloads on Azure. More than 50% of VM cores runs on Linux on Azure. There’s no better time to learn how to leverage Linux in Azure. In this session we’ll cover exactly that. What is, how to, and when to use Linux on Azure are topics we’ll be covering.
