Lineage view is a feature within the Power BI Service which gives a single relational view of all the data and visual building blocks of the Power BI workspace.
This enables better management, troubleshooting, and impact analysis in the flow of data from the initial data source to the end user dashboard.
In this session we will understand Power BI Lineage View and see how it visualizes your Power BI workspace by building a dependency graph of your Dashboards, Reports, Datasets, Dataflows and Data sources.
The Lineage View also allows us to see how the Dataflows and perform actions on each Power BI artifact and troubleshooting certain problems.
We will also explore the impact analysis panel for Datasets and Data sources and see how it can help us in our daily work.
