What is this session about?
GitHub Actions is currently the #1 CI/CD platform in the world. But what is GitHub Actions and what can it do?

In this session we'll show how to do continuous integration and deployment using Actions. We'll look at building, testing, linting and packaging an application. We'll then set up a release process to manage a multi-stage deployment where deployment credentials are securely managed and environment specific variables are applied at deployment time.

But CI/CD is not all Actions can be used for. We'll finish this session by automating some common tasks for the development teams, such as providing self-service
