André Carlucci has 20 years of experience with IT, founded Way2 Tecnologia and was its CTO for 13 years. He was Vice-Director of Acate, an association of technology companies in Santa Catarina where he represented the energy vertical, fostered integration and cooperation between the group and worked in influencing the government in decisions about new initiatives in the area. He also helped select Startups for MIDITEC, one of the most awarded incubators in the country.
Now living in the Netherlands, André was responsible for migrating a bank to the cloud and currently serves as Global Director of Software Engineering at Kinly, leading teams in several countries.
In his involvement with the software community, André was Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for 9 years, is Microsoft Regional Director, Intel Software Innovator, and Intel Black Belt Software Developer. He has led several developer groups and delivered hundreds of keynotes at events such as TechEd, QCon, Microsoft Insights, VisualStudio Summit, The Developer's Conference, InterCon, and many others.
