In this session, we explore how organizations can unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot through extensibility, moving beyond individual productivity enhancements to transforming entire business processes. We share insights and feedback gathered during the Copilot Developer Bootcamp, as well as a proven approach to supporting clients in their journey—starting with strategies for transitioning from Copilot adoption to Copilot Extensibility.

The session will focus on how Copilot extensibility enables organizations to create value, serves as a driver for increasing Copilot adoption within companies, and how to be well-prepared for this transition.

What will the attendees learn from this session?
Attendees will gain a new perspective, learn about the prerequisites for extending Copilot, and understand the key reasons for doing so, based on real-world cases.

Kamal Shree is a Developer Advocate at Microsoft. She is a Google Developer Expert, YouTuber (Whatsupcoders) with 12 years of experience in Web Technologies, Android, Flutter, and HarmonyOS. She has worked for multinational firms in India, Netherlands, and the USA. She is also a Mentor and Open-Source Community Builder.
