In this session, we will explore the development of three types of intelligent agents—Retrieval Agents, Task Agents, and Autonomous Agents—tailored for a simple insurance use case. Using Copilot Studio, you will learn how to implement these agents to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience in an insurance context. We'll walk through real-world scenarios, such as claim processing, policy recommendations, and customer support, to demonstrate how each agent type can be leveraged for various tasks.

The session will focus on:
Building Agents like retrieval agent, task agent and autonomous agent.

What will the attendees learn from this session?
Understanding the core differences between Retrieval, Task, and Autonomous Agents.
Building and deploying a Retrieval Agent for fetching relevant data.
Creating a Task Agent to handle insurance-specific processes, such as claim handling or policy generation.
