What is the session about? Companies and universities invest in their employees learning and development by allowing them to partake in certain training programs. Lately, employees have requested a way to submit booking requests for training sessions/programs without having to call the office. You would like to create an app that allows employees to submit the information for their booking request for the office to review. You would like customers to be alerted when their booking request has been received and approved or rejected. You want to build an app that allows you to capture these booking requests and decide to accept or decline the booking. Who is it aimed at? You'll validate the flow behavior against requirements to check your work. You need to build some automation for your app that meets the following specifications: • When an employee submits a Booking Request, an email is sent to them confirming that the request was received. • When a decision has been made on a Booking Request, the employee receives an email to update them on the decision. Underneath the Mobile Sales app, the sales representatives are confronted with a challenge of having to provide the customer with an invoice of that particular sale in real-time. In order to achieve this, they employ a current process which is time-consuming that leads to them losing the customer and the sale. To address this problem, the company wants to utilize a tool that will help them automate their current process. Their new process has the following specifications: • Immediately after the sale details are captured, an invoice must be generated and emailed back to the customer. • Upon receiving the invoice, the customer must make payments to their account and submit a proof of payment so that update is made on their account.
