The Reactor Community Spotlight is a snack-sized show, designed to meet, greet and explore communities and their leaders from Europe and the Middle East. Each week we’ll zone in on a different Reactor from, bringing together London, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi. We’ll meet the speakers for upcoming event series and hear what drives leaders from around the world to build and grow technical communities and discover new opportunities to learn and connect.

What is this session about?
In the first episode of this series, we welcome Albert Bengtson & Ebba Josefson Lindqvist from Silicon Vikings.

We´ll explore the Swedish Startup Scene and talk about "Talent beyond borders", an upcoming event focused on the future of remote working and tech talent recruitment.

Speaker Bio's
Silicon Vikings is a 45,000+ network that connects Nordic and Baltic Innovation with Silicon Valley and vice versa. They are a nonprofit organization that has been headquartered in Silicon Valley since 1997 with nodes throughout the Nordic and Baltic region and act as a bridge between regions.

Ebba is the Director of Silicon Viking´s Nordic Nodes and helps to coordinate all of the activities in the Nordics including the Silicon Vikings Startup World Cup New Nordics Competitions as well as the Mentoring Program. She is a Project Manager - Data Factory at AI Sweden, and has a Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Gothenburg.

​​Albert is an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Apple Inc.
His specialty is finding a competitive edge in web solutions for organisations. Preferable, he joins the project in an early stage to help the customer in getting the right information, to create the best concept, hence his love for startups.
