So far in What in the World-le we're made a wordle-like game and look at what the best first words are, for humans at least. But now it's time to teach the computer how to play a full game of Wordle!

This week we'll build a Wordle player in the hopes of beating the game we wrote in Episode 1. We'll see how the data analysis we did in episode 2 applies (or doesn't apply) to a non-human player, and then work out how we can program our player to make strategic guesses.

We'll also take a look at some of the pitfalls that the humans and computers alike can land themselves in, and let the data tell us when we need to hedge our bets or go all in!
