Effective Azure Container Security (Build time to run time)
22 June, 2021 | 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time
Topic: Intelligent Apps (Web Dev + AI Services)
Language: English
• What is this session about?
The container security threat landscape is constantly evolving. Security researchers and attackers discover new methods to exploit containerized workloads on a frequent basis. Combine this with the variety of container runtime services in Azure (Kubernetes Service - AKS, RedHat OpenShift - ARO, Container Instance, Service Fabric, App Service, Functions, Batch, VMs) and you can see why securing containers in Azure is a struggle for many organizations. This session will cover practical techniques (controls, configurations, and best practices) that you can follow to limit the likelihood of risk introduction by users and successful breach by attackers.
• Who is it aimed at?
Developers, Administrators, Architects and Security Engineers that are tasked with securing Azure environments
• Why should I attend?
If you are interested in learning effective security measures that can be applied to protect your containerized workloads in Azure.
