Annual series of events bringing together top developers and startups to get in the ring and compete on offering the best solution for our chosen urban challenge.

2021 Challenge - Urban Cooling
The world is hot, and cities are even hotter! With temperatures rising everywhere and cities leading the trend, we must ride the tide and use all means at our disposal to help bring on urban cool. Using data, grid optimization, multiple use of existing energy sources, shade management etc., we can bring temperatures down and enjoy our city streets.

What is the plan?
The RUMBLE event will be held in three sessions. Four teams (can be a single developer/ team/ startup) will be chosen to get in the ring and impress the judges under a very tight schedule with their ideal solution.

13.10/ Part 1 – Launch

The Urban Cooling series will begin with an exciting session on current cutting-edge solutions in planning and building climate resilient cities. The series’ challenge will be presented.

The two finalists will compete for the best tech solution for urban cooling. The winning team will pitch their solution in front of the tech forum in the municipality of Tel Aviv.
