The Reactor Community Spotlight is a snack-sized show, designed to meet, greet and explore communities and their leaders from Europe and the Middle East. Each week we’ll zone in on a different Reactor from, bringing together London, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi. We’ll meet the speakers for upcoming event series and hear what drives leaders from around the world to build and grow technical communities and discover new opportunities to learn and connect.
What is this session about?
In this session we will host Reut Menashe, a community founder of " Leading Cyber Ladies". We will talk about her motivation to create a women community, and why in her opinion gender diversity is important especially in the cyber security field.

Speaker Bio
Reut Menashe is the CEO of Tetrisponse, an incident response consultancy firm. She has years of experience in the cyber and information security field and has a vast knowledge of a variety of areas. Reut is also one of the organizers and leaders of BsidesTLV and Leading Cyber Ladies. She has worked with both the civil and HLS industry and has mentored many passionate information security lovers from entry level to experts.
