  • Format:
  • alt##LivestreamLivestream

Topic: DevSecOps and Developer Tools

Language: English

The Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) is a framework for the independent assessment of a system’s security against the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) requirements. The goal of Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) is to maximize the security of Australian federal, state, and local government data by focusing on the information and communications technology infrastructure that stores, processes, and communicates it across the Azure platform.

The IRAP assessment of Microsoft's services helps provide assurance to both public sector customers in government and their commercial counterparts that Microsoft has appropriate and effective security controls in place for the processing, storage, and transmission of information classified up to and including the level of PROTECTED.

In this session you’ll learn:

• How to decrease time to the market and save time and resources on your IRAP certification process for your applications by using IRAP certified Azure Solutions Blueprints based on certified products and services
• what Azure services and Microsoft products are IRAP certified and suitable for use in the Australian Public Sector up to the security classification of PROTECTED
• About Microsoft Partners who are already IRAP certified/know IRAP and how to expand your partners ecosystem which will help to unlock and attract new customers
