In Azure there are different options to store & process your data. In this session, I will share my experiences over choosing a specific database tool after covering difference between database, data warehouse and data lake. And of course, data bakehouse too.

This session will focus on - When to use Azure SQL database and/or Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure Databricks? What are common features but different in Synapse and Databricks (Notebooks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Storage and Compute separated architecture, Autoscaling).

What will you learn from this session - Technology democratization has led to features, open-source frameworks getting included in almost all products in a line. That makes it difficult choosing one. From this session, I hope it would help the attendees to choose the right database for their product.
