Machine Learning to AI is all about providing and teaching machines with instructions on how to do things.
However, how do we teach them, if we can't think through things in a step-wise manner? Algorithms are the foundation of all digital experiences that we know today. How can we incorporate this technique in regular basis to make our lives easier, is what algorithmic thinking is all about.

Speaker
Banu is a product & program professional with more a decade of experience in software development. Her primary industry knowledge is in fintech, with exposure in government, startup and consulting. From online banking development to wearables to real time payments, she has been part of and led engaging initiatives in North America, APAC and Asia. Banu is a published author on the topic of empathetic leadership and enjoys participating in mentorship programs and public speaking engagements. Banu has been a volunteer with ChickTech and speaker at ACT-W Conferences and events guided by her support of causes related to education and women empowerment, as these will truly break the cycle of poverty and hunger and improve communities.
