This session is a part of Ten Tuesdays to Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) series.

This series will provide a foundational level knowledge on cloud concepts; core Azure services; security, privacy, compliance, and trust; and Azure pricing and support. By the end of the series you will have the confidence and skills for AZ900 exam.

What is the session about?
In this session we will discuss the Core Azure Architectural components.
These include but are not limited to Azure Regions, Regional Pairs, availability Zones, tenants as well as the Azure Structure/Taxonomy which consists of Management Groups, Subscriptions and Resource Groups which host customer resources

Who is it aimed at?
The audience for this series is new to or beginning to learn about cloud computing and how Microsoft Azure provides that service.

Why should you attend?
If you are new to Azure and cloud concepts in general, we will breach that gap with you are give you a basic understanding of what cloud computing is.

Prerequisites

There are no actual prerequisites for this series, but some IT knowledge or experience will make the concepts easier to understand.
