In this live training course on "Testing with GitHub Copilot", participants will explore various options for generating tests for their code, including unit tests, integration tests, and other types. GitHub Copilot can assist in adding these tests by identifying edge cases and suggesting appropriate tests to address them.
The course will also cover how to enhance code quality through testing by leveraging GitHub Copilot's suggestions to improve existing tests, generate boilerplate code for different test types, and write assertions for various scenarios.
Additionally, the training will delve into leveraging GitHub Copilot for security and performance, demonstrating how it can learn from existing tests to suggest improvements, identify potential issues, and optimize code for better performance.
Participants will also learn how to use GitHub Copilot Enterprise for collaborative code reviews, incorporating security best practices and performance considerations, and identifying potential security vulnerabilities in their code. This is part of our GitHub Copilot certification series to aid in preparation for the GitHub Copilot certification.
