Microsoft IQ Deep Dive with Python: Fabric IQ

30 July, 2026 | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time

  • Format:
  • alt##LivestreamLivestream

Topic: AI Applications

Language: English

In the final session of our Microsoft IQ Deep Dive with Python series, we’ll explore Fabric IQ and how it connects AI experiences to structured business data.

We’ll introduce the key concepts behind Fabric IQ, including ontologies and data agents, and show how they help describe, organize, and reason over operational data stored in OneLake.

We’ll use the Microsoft Fabric API SDK in Python to connect to Fabric IQ, so that we can programmatically configure ontologies and answer questions about our data.

All code demos will use Python and will be available in an open-source repository for you to deploy yourself.

After the stream, join office hours in the Microsoft Foundry Discord to ask follow-up questions.
