Si el Remote MCP es para consultar datos, el Local MCP es para construir y modificar el modelo semántico.

En esta sesión instalaremos y configuraremos el Power BI Modeling MCP Server en local, lo conectaremos a un modelo abierto en Power BI Desktop y a un workspace de Fabric, y ejecutaremos operaciones reales en lenguaje natural: crear tablas, añadir medidas, definir relaciones, aplicar convenciones de nomenclatura en lote sobre cientos de objetos simultáneamente.

Veremos cómo el agente lee el esquema actual, propone cambios, pide confirmación antes de aplicarlos y ejecuta operaciones con soporte transaccional y manejo de errores.

También exploraremos cómo aplicar best practices de modelado automáticamente y cómo validar consultas DAX desde el propio agente sin salir del chat.
